A study carried out by a Saudi researcher, discussed several axes of the most important to get the views of specialization on the extent of access to sites engineering in general and Arab countries in particular, to identify the extent of such sites that provide information using the Arabic language.

The study also showed that 50% of the participants using the Arabic engineering sites in the search for topics engineering and the high proportion compared to the number of Arabic sites available. While the 37% using foreign engineering sites, but those who do not use the Internet in their research has accounted for 13%.

At the end of study, the researcher suggested some recommendations that can be done in this aspect electronic technical education, including:

1- Obliging companies and educational institutions engineering and engineering offices through advisory bodies and engineering unions in the Arab countries to establish websites on the World Wide Web and provide some technical services and information on the way.

2- Urged members of the trade publication Electronic Engineering studies or research or projects and to contribute technical information in support of the Arab world via the Internet and helping to provide bands and mailing and vast host on the Internet at nominal cost.

3- Holding training courses for members of the engineering institutions on web design and oversee these courses specialized bodies and associations responsible.

4- Honoring and encouraging owners of the sites distinguished individuals and companies and invited them to participate in symposiums and forums to offer their experience for the benefit of others.

5- Introduction of e-learning in the engineering decisions computer applications in engineering colleges and technical colleges and technical institutes.
